Please be advised that effective 11/20/2019, we will be utilizing a new resource for our benefits enrollment and support services.
Effective December 1st, please log on to www.pbs-select.com to review and enroll in your EBP Supply Solutions benefits. Your Company ID is “ebpsupplysolutions” (all one word and all lower case).
In the time period between November 20, 2019 and December 1, 2019, please contact Human Resources for any benefit related questions.
For assistance with eligibility, benefits, claims and other questions pertaining to your EBP benefit plans, please contact our new EBP Supply Solutions Benefit Resource Center at 1-855-874-6699. Call center representatives are available to assist you Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.
You can also contact the Benefit Resource Center if you have any issues registering as a new user or logging in to the new benefit site.
